Keturah Fry | Back Office Manager

Keturah grew up in Pennsylvania, as one of 10 kids with parents who raised their family from a gigantic garden, barefoot from sun up to sun down and as close to the earth as possible. Chiropractic care was a part of Keturah’s health journey as a child and now after having 2 children of her own she continues that legacy for her own family.

Keturah first came to Midtown Family Wellness in 2016 with her 2 children, Simon and Julian. Julian’s story is one of the many beautiful examples of what the healing touch of a knowing Doctor can do. Julian was born at just 26 weeks gestation. At 15 months old, he came to Dr Danielle for the first time with many hurtles including feeding issues, torticollis and very low muscle tone. Within the first week of seeing Dr D, he began walking! Within a month and a half, he went from eating no solids at all to eating everything! His head has rounded out and torticollis corrected! Julian is absolutely thriving and in Keturah’s own words, “Chiropractic care changed everything for us, and now I get to watch others experience the same things every day!”

Keturah lives in West Midtown and enjoys adventures with her kids, coffee with her husband, traveling, learning and experiencing the world and finding the best in people.

Ela Pares | Massage Therapist

Ela holds a degree in Biology and a license in Massage Therapy. With over 7 years of hands-on experience in myofascial treatments, she initially set out to become a holistic doctor. However, she found her calling in a path that naturally unfolded for her. Ela received unconventional training through an apprenticeship with an Osteopathic Physician and a master in Chinese Acupuncture. She also collaborated with a Chiropractor, where she specialized in an advanced myofascial treatment known as the Advanced Muscle Integration Technique. This technique revitalizes injured, inactive muscles to optimal functionality using acupressure and deep myofascial massage. Ela believes that most acquired musculoskeletal issues have a root cause that can be addressed through balanced treatment. Her approach to massage therapy is unique, as she tailors her methods to the specific needs of each body. She skillfully integrates techniques from neuromuscular massage, somatic awareness, assisted stretching, shiatsu, and myofascial meridians into her practice.
